A complete compressed air system from one supplier
A compressed air package brings the compressor, air treatment and pipework together as one matched system. We size each part to your air demand, install it and look after it, so you deal with one supplier from design through to servicing.
What a package includes
- Air compressor: the heart of the system, selected for your air demand and duty cycle
- Air receiver: stores air to cover peaks in demand and steady the pressure, which reduces wear on the compressor
- Pipework: sized and laid out to deliver air with minimal pressure drop. See pipework installation
- Water separator: removes most of the liquid water from the air stream, protecting tools and pipework from rust
- Pre and post filters: remove dust, oil and other impurities before and after air treatment
- Activated carbon filter: removes vapours and odours where air quality is critical, such as spray painting, food and electronics
How we put a package together
- We assess your site and how much air you use
- We select and size each component to work together
- Our own technicians install, pressure test and commission the system
