A containerised air compressor package is a complete compressed air plant built inside a shipping container: compressor, dryer, filtration, pipework, ventilation and controls, assembled and tested before it leaves us. It arrives on site ready to connect, and it can be moved when the job moves.
We have built containerised packages for hydrogen production facilities, mine sites and other applications, and each one is engineered for the site it is going to.

- Pneumatech AD1250 refrigerant dryer and filtration
- 89mm Surepress stainless steel press-fit pipework
- Extraction fan with inlet and outlet ducting
- Custom control panel and electrical systems
How we build your package
- Consultation and assessment: we work through your air demand, site conditions and operating requirements with you.
- Design and engineering: we design the container layout to protect the equipment and give easy access for maintenance, with an integrated control board.
- Fabrication and assembly: our technicians fit out the container and install the compressor, dryer, filtration, pipework, exhaust fan, ducting, control panel and electrical connections.
- Testing and quality assurance: the package is run and checked under load before delivery, and checked against the relevant standards.
- Delivery and installation: we oversee delivery and connection on site to keep downtime to a minimum.

Ordering a containerised air compressor package
Each containerised air compressor package is built to order, so the first step is your air demand, the power available on site and where the container will sit. From there we select the compressor, dryer and filtration and lay out the container. See more on our project division website: compressed air packages. Because a containerised air compressor package arrives assembled and tested, time on site is short: position the container, connect power and the air outlet, and commission. That suits remote sites, temporary works and plants where there is no room for a compressor house.
